What guarantees do I have that my money will reach you?

Confirmation of payment by a bank card is instantaneous. When you place an order and select a bank card as your payment method, the amount you spent is temporarily held, or 'frozen', by your bank for future deduction. At this point, your bank reduces the available balance on your card by the amount you've spent but does not deduct it from your account.
In fact, the funds will only be debited from your card when the bank receives the financial confirmation of the transaction. If you place an order through the app, this happens when the order is completed. If you place the order on the website, it occurs when the shop accepts the order for processing.
We use the Stripe payment system — a certified and secure payment method. Once the payment is made, you will receive an SMS confirming it. You can also verify this by accessing your personal account.
