Will I receive a full refund if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order any time before it is picked up for delivery (before the order status changes to 'Courier is out for delivery'), a full refund will be processed within 1 to 7 working days. In case of order cancellation before delivery, the funds will be unfrozen on your card instantly. If your order is completed, but you believe it was done incorrectly, of low quality, or not in full, and you wish to seek compensation, you can open a dispute. A dispute is an opportunity for customers to protect their interests and funds in the event of receiving substandard items or not receiving the items at all.

To open a dispute, please follow the link provided in the SMS regarding the delivery of your order. Rate the fulfilment of your order. If you give a rating of 1 or 2, you will be prompted to open a dispute. If you choose not to open a dispute, your review will be displayed on the shop's page. However, if you proceed with opening a dispute, the seller's funds in their account will be temporarily frozen. Also, you will receive a link to a separate dispute chat with the shop. If the shop does not respond to the dispute within 72 hours, it will be resolved in your favour. When you receive a message in the chat from the seller, you will receive push notifications. If you happen to miss it, the chat link will be sent to you again via SMS after 20 minutes.
