Excellent service, quality and response time. Vendor helped when the apps support team was offline, the Vendor solved it! My only feedback is that the flowers in the pictures, when selecting a bouquet are NEVER the same as what the actual bouquet looks like. I understand the flowers are seasonal and vendors cannot always Elkhart them image exactly....but the color scheme is a major factor...the name of the bouquet was CARAMEL, pic was orange flyers, and they sent Pink. Not Vendor fault, the app should at least provide an option for customers to select their top priorities when main our selection.. Vendor was incredible...the app also doesn't work for the delivery fee "pay now"...I already need customer support to send me a separate link. Overall though, I'm extremely satisfied and will continue to shop through you guys

Букет отличался от того, что на фото изначально. Но одариваемый остался доволен. А пунктуальность доставки выше всех похвал, особенно в Турции, где с этим проблемы 😂

Нужно было поздравить подругу с др в Анталии) Оформила заказ, составила записку, адрес. Доставили даже чуть раньше (где-то за 1,5 часа букет уже был у подруги). Она очень довольна, букет в реальности даже краше и больше, чем на картинке😻 Благодарю❤️
