There was no card with the name of person who should receive this flowers. So when my girlfriend came to the hotel (flowers were on the reception), they didn’t give her flowers. She got them only after i wrote to her that there should be flowers on the reception . She came there and staff said that there is no card in flowers - if you want, you can take them… No surprise (
