Karanfil, gul ve delphiniumlardan oluşan buket

There are not so many sellers in Izmir that provide various assortment of modern bouquets, so nevertheless the first failure I had to order from this shop again. This time I stayed fully satisfied, the flowers were fresh and they corresponded to the initial choice of mine. I would advice to the people who order from abroad, right in the order in advance inform the seller that other flowers than chosen are unallowable. The tip to the shop - to take normal pictures of the bouquet before the delivery (the full bouquet, but not its parts). I insert the pictures from my friend, who got the flowers. She said she is happy, so thanks!

I first time face with such an awful service as this shop offers. Yesterday I paid for the bouquet of white hydrangeas, that my best friend living in Turkey is fond of. The purpose of the flowers is her birthday. The seller accepted the order in 10 minutes, but the day after (just the day before the birthday) I was written by the shop assistant, who didn’t give any apologies for the inconvenience, but offered me another (ugly by my opinion) flower instead of hydrangea. When I consistently asked her to cancel my order, because I don’t have to accept different flowers that I paid for, she came up with 2 more options - like purple hydrangea or the delivery on Tuesday (when I already informed her about the reason of the bouquet on Sunday). Still there was no even a hint of “we are sorry”. Also has to add, that from the beginning I was written in Turkish (that I don’t speak), I was replying in English, only after my request to speak in English the shop assistant started doing it.
